Golf: 18 Holes at Highland Springs

Last Saturday a group of 6 guys and girls from work went to Highland Springs Country Club just outside of Springfield to hit the links. We played a three man scramble through light showers all day. The outing was fun and relaxing. It was exceptional to play course that had some challenging holes with lots of elevation changes. I didn't play particularly well, but drove the ball with accuracy.

St. Louis Pictures... Finally!

We decided to take off for St. Louis over the fourth of July holiday weekend. We had a lot of fun taking Kadyn to do and see many things including; The City Museum, World Aquarium, The Arch, The Butterfly Garden, Hard Rock Cafe, Union Station, The St. Louis Zoo, and more!

Cover Songs: Self - "Back In Black"

I found this on YouTube.com recently and had to share. Darci thought that it was Jack White from the White Stripes, but it is not. It is Matt Mahaffey from the group Self.

There are three or four albums available for free download!

It's Been A Long Week

We'll... I decided to get inspired this week and work around the house. I power-washed the siding on the house, the driveway, the fence, the deck and all of the landscaping timbers. I spent at least 2-3 hours a night from Sunday-Thursday. Every night I worked until dark and was always soaked head to toe with water and grime.

Then on Friday I decided to look at Craigslist.org and found a guy selling some patio stones for dirt cheap. So... I decided to add to my workload and made three trips with the van to pick up about 150 18"x6" patio stones. They are now resting beside the house until it cools down later this summer.

Golf: 18 Holes at Payne Stewart

I played 18 holes Wednesday afternoon out at the Bill & Payne Stewart Golf Course with a couple of friends, Phil and Chris. I drove the ball really well throughout the day, but struggled around the greens.
